better saw-chain sharpener
All I've ever needed was a proper size round file for the chain Im working with (usually 3/8" 050)..put the saw bar in a vise with the chain on it and with good lighting I can do a 24"bar chain in about 20minutes if the chain isn't already totalled..You have to manage two angles at once, like many things,it's not too hard once you get the knack of it. I get about 3-4 sharpenings out of a standard chain. Mark the start tooth with a red or blue Sharpie so it's easy to find when it comes around again.
