Here's few pics. Made from 3/8 thick angle and plate added a weld on hook to pull and lift from. The welds are fine I trust them to hold my mother in law.

An angle iron added to take away any twist if one tines was to get loaded

Need to bushing for pin bosses yet. Which also captures the pins

Lookin good! --- damn forks here get used more than the buckets do! VERY handy attachment to have for a loader! Mine get used for everything here, even this!

was using my new loader forks yesterday pulling fenceposts and unloading trailers..moved a big 14x24 wooden shed, then was filling in groundhog holes with the forks..easy to do with forks
