This is my ripper that I made from scratch and am in the process of adding 2 more shanks to it. I started with 2 shanks and have found 2 more so I will add them. so far I have 1 levt to put on. I used 1/4" thick angle iron that is 4"x4" for the framework and doubled it in places. this ripper goes 24" deep and takes big power to pull it.

Dads 730 Deere pulled it fine with 2 shanks,----- The 560 did pull at it,---not heavy enough in the ass end. I was going to run it behind the AC 440 4x4 tractors.
