It should let you just attach it with the "attachment manager" link. The size limit is 10 Mb, but I couldn't get them to work unless they were under 6mb.
Tom!---at bottom of quick reply, there are 3 buttons, post reply, preview reply, and use full editor,---Hit the full editor button and down towards the bottom left is the attachment line, click it and new box opens. then you can work from there.
