Neighbor bought this a couple months ago. First job with it was to replace the flagpole at our cemetery and it worked great. The long reach held the pole up so we could screw in the pipe coupling holding pole to base----wind snapped old coupling off. interesting machine to run, and like all heavy stuff gets my attention!lol! This machine is a 1990 M-10-K Military Lull telehandler , has around 500 hours on it. We did some research on it and found a guy in Chicago that has the military blueprints for a 4 yard bucket for it so neighbor ordered one---be done in July. He could have had a 2 yard bucket but was thinking for snow the bigger one would be better. Anyway I had it over her a while back playing with it, moving some stuff. It lifts 10,000 pounds according to the specs and I think its a 42' reach. This model had a John Deere 6 cylinder diesel engine in it and runs 30 mph in 4'th gear on level ground, slower uphill, faster downhill!

sure that's a 1990? the International M10As were beasts..easily lifting 15K,rated for 10K..anyway the pin-on buckets for the telehandler machines are rated for light material only,the attachment points are narrow and not suited for side loads that are present when digging hard ground or excavating..we bent one on a Gradall telehandler once,what a mess..easily done by putting a corner of the bucket into something solid and pushing..be careful with that one Sonny
This one has quick tach on the forks/bucket on this one. Its either 90 or 91. Military seams to have only ordered them for 2 years and the military model m-10-k dont have a civilian model that is close to it. they are totally different.---at least according to our research on them.---could present a parts problem down the road---dont know. These were built to military specs which were way different from civilian models. --- no outriggers on these either, civ. models do have. ---- It will last us the rest of our lives ---- he is 69, I'm 74 and its main use is at our club show.

buy or build a man-basket for it..safely and easy to do tree work at 42ft..handy for trimming low branches and setting barn wood,siding,etc..10000 uses
Ya!, need basket for sure! Gonna suggest that to him! sure worked good setting up the flagpole at our cemetery with the forks. ---tied the top of the pole to forks and held it straight so we could screw the big pipe into the coupling! No other way to hold it very good, a loader wouldnt have worked very good.
