fill the back wheels with concrete for weight..drain air,use hole saw to make hole in tire,then mix up a loose batch of concrete or mortar and fill tires..be sure they are round first,you dont want lopsiders before the cement cures-easy way to more traction..maybe a bolt-on plate or two up front over the drive wheels
