Made 6 half pint jars of horseradish from one big plant. good stuff too! gardens are subsoiled 3' deep and plowed 16" deep--- got the old compost turned under real good ---- onion plants have been ordered --week of March 23 delivery date for us here. Hurry up spring!!!!! LOL!!!
