There's a guy on youtube currently going through a Cat D2, "Squatch253" https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCv_zjUQJ98JgBHcch2PP7Vwand he is currently working on the transmission. He is going farther into his than you will have to, but it is still fun to see the process starting from the "find" all the way through.
