3/4" stock for the hinge... old ones were 1/2" Have a little more tolerance inside the pipe. I'll be able to pull the pins & grease theme occasionally.

ADDED C Chanel for more strength. When I first built the trailer I didn't have the scissor lift. It was for hauling my quad and motor cycle. This should support the lift NO problem.

The old expanded metal was flat . this new stuff is made for slip resistant decking.
