For me, the right size hypertherm would be the only way to go. The one I have now, has cut around 4 mil inches over the last 5-6 years. The now 15 year old one it replaced, is still going as a backup/hand held cutter. Plus I can drive 5 miles and get almost all the parts I need and if they are out, it just takes 1-2 days to get them in.
