When you say spring hangers Sonny do you mean the spring perches that are on the forward part of the frame,ahead of the axle where the spring bolts to the frame,or the swinging yoke that the spring attaches to in the rear of the spring? the frame 'spring hangers' Ive never seen available from Ford,probably have to go to a parts yard and burn 'em off another truck..should be the same as they havent changed much at all,pretty simple part. Im amazed that you are having issues with a 7.3L most run out to 250K before major problems unless it was abused before you got it..
