not really a LOT of work, just a bit here and there,couple hours at a time..that way I have time to think about it and change things as I go..drive parts are expensive,the Suzuki driveshafts are hard to find cheaply..10yrs ago I bought the Suzuki transfer case AND driveshafts together for $75.00..now just to find the transfer case alone is $1200.00 and up.. I used to make a lot of parts here on the lathe but have found that for $15.00 I can buy a keyed shaft coupler thats perfect and save hours of work on the lathe,wear and electricity making my own..FWIW
