try going to a forklift dealer and see if they have scrap forks you could buy from them, a lot of times they take in old lifts on trade just to make a deal on a new one..they go to scrap..sometimes they pull off the forks,just ask for some old Class 1 forks, they are the smallest,or ask for some old walkie truck forks..all steel is gotten expensive,you'd be surprised what angle costs these days
