it's kinda funny what our legislators think they are doing when the US state of Maryland bans the sale of xylene, acetone and paint thinner in home stores, yet I can buy all the activated isocyanate based paint and chemicals to paint with in an auto parts store in town. much less I can drive 20minutes across the state line to purchase all the chems or acetone I need to paint with..
