chimna KEEPS the quality stuff for they selves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They CAN make but NOT for export! Back in the late 70's I got a 1" drive socket set that was made in chimna but on the bottom of the box was some strange writing that I copied and sent to a friend that could read chimneese and she said that it read "not for export"!!!!!!!!!!! STILL have that set and still as good as the day made! Its every bit as good as craftsman or snap-on! somehow that set got on the export flat and it got sent to me. Bought it from HF too! lol! they can make the quality stuff but not for anybody else!
