I know the feeling about the backs and necks! --- I forget too and suffer after I do it but push on and get shit done ! I thought you were 25! LOL!!
Still freeze drying apples and onions. Bout have the onions done I think. One or two more batches should get them. Apples are great but dont know how many we will get to do. Weather getting cold here now. Freeze is just around the corner.
