Well Terry, ---- I decided that its my life and IF I enjoy eating something within reason, --- I'm gonna do it! LOL! Made it to 77 living out of the garden and processing our own stuff so cant be all bad! IF I cut out all the stuff I not s'posed to eat,-- I would starve!
Eat/drink within reason and live long life!
